[my children] chattered all the way home about how brilliant you all were and when could they come again. They told me in detail how they had made the charcoal out of willow, dyed the fabric with beetroot and onion, made the fire, learned about the barley and so much more.

I didn't realise I would learn so much - it's given me a much greater appreciation of how artisan bread is made and what goes in to it. I didn't realise I could ever make bread as good as we did and it's given me the confidence to now make it at home.
