Steps for Nature & Outdoor Learning!

This Spring, throughout March 2026, our "Steps for Nature" challenge returns - walk 10,000 steps a day in the great outdoors, at Bore Place, or in your local community (or set your own personal challenge) as part of the Steps for Nature & Outdoor Learning challenge. Improve your health and wellbeing whilst making a real difference to young lives and our environment this new year.

Take part as a corporate team (or on your own), all whilst raising funds to support the work of the Commonwork Trust. We increase the biodiversity of the land and knowledge of the natural world, whilst supporting young people, many with SEND (special educational needs and disabilities), who may struggle in traditional classroom settings but thrive in nature. With your support, we can increase our reach and impact, enabling a world where people and nature really can work together.

Thank you for your support! Every fundraiser makes a real difference to the work we can carry out each year.

Donor Advised Funds

Please keep in mind that Commonwork Trust accepts gifts from Donor-Advised Funds (DAFs), so if you have a DAF, please consider recommending Bore Place and the Commonwork Trust to your financial advisor. All support enables us to increase our positive environmental impact on the land and engage more young people and communities with nature.

Legacies

It is possible to leave a gift in your will to Bore Place and the work of the Commonwork Trust. A legacy gift helps us continue bringing people and nature together for future generations, caring for the biodiversity of our landscape and supporting even more young people with SEND and local communities to experience the benefits of outdoor learning.
