Would you like to spend more time outside, connecting with nature and like-minded people?
Join our Wilder Wellbeing sessions for a couple of hours of “me time,” immersing yourself in a guided walk through the Bore Place grounds. Enjoy the sights, sounds, and textures of the natural world while taking a moment to slow down and recharge. Activities may include pond dipping, bird watching, flora spotting, and quiet reflection in the woods.
The group meets on the 2nd Wednesday of each month, 10am–12pm. There’s no obligation to attend every session - come as often or as little as you like. Bring a friend, or enjoy meeting new people along the way.
Attendance is FREE, but booking is essential as spaces are limited. Please let us know if you can’t make it so someone else can take your place.
Wilder Wellbeing is part of our People and Nature Together project, made possible with The National Lottery Heritage Fund, and thanks to National Lottery players.
