Community Garden Corporate Tree Planting Day - March 2026 – Sign up your team!
In the second week of March 2026, we’re hosting Tree Planting Days for corporate groups to help us plant over 400 young trees, generously donated by the Woodland Trust.
Your day will begin with an introduction to the work of Bore Place and the Commonwork Trust, followed by a morning of tree planting alongside our ecologist and learning about the impact your contribution will make. After a hot lunch in our cosy cabin, the afternoon continues with more practical conservation work and tree planting, finishing around 3.30–4pm.
Bring a flask and be ready for a rewarding day outdoors!
We ask companies to make a contribution towards the day to help cover staff time, equipment and catering. Your support will directly enhance our species-rich hedgerows and increase wildlife habitats and biodiversity across the estate.

Employee Grow and Give Days
As well as welcoming regular conservation, citizen science and gardening volunteers, Bore Place offers a range of unique opportunities throughout the year for corporate teams to join us and take part in hands-on environmental volunteering on our 500-acre organic estate in Chiddingstone, West Kent.
Corporate groups can spend a rewarding day supporting practical conservation tasks such as tree planting, hedgerow management, habitat creation and seasonal estate work. These days are ideal for employee engagement, team building and demonstrating your organisation’s commitment to environmental and social responsibility. We ask companies to make a contribution towards staffing, equipment and catering costs.
If your team would like to take part in a corporate volunteering day while supporting the work of the Commonwork Trust, please get in touch with us.
