Enjoy a day making some of the tastiest street foods from around the globe
Includes pav baji from India, ‘rolex’ chapatis from Uganda, Polish pierogis and Argentinian empanadas. A gastronomic round-the-world trip!
Participants will work in small groups to create the delicious snacks which can be eaten straight away or taken home to share.
The course fee includes all ingredients, lunch and refreshments.
