Little ones can enjoy a fun morning of farm-themed craft and baking. They’ll make jammy thumb print cookies (made with homemade Bore Place jam) and have fun with some cow-themed craft before heading outside to meet our real cows and visit our vegetable garden to see where the fruit for the jam was grown.
For the cooking activity, children will work in pairs and share what they have made between them to take home.
Important info
- All children must be accompanied by a responsible adult (free of charge) who can supervise and support them throughout the event.
- Everyone attending (children and adults!) must wear suitable clothing for the activities and weather. It is essential to bring wellies for the farm tour, even if the weather is dry.
- Please aim to arrive 15 minutes before the session is due to start to enable a prompt start.
This session is most suited to age 3-6, but you are welcome to book a place for older/younger children.
There will be time for a mid-morning snack if you want to bring one for your child, and you are welcome to use our picnic area after the event.
