Summer Holiday Club: Survival Adventure
Wednesday 31st July 9:00am - 4:00pm
After the success of our pilot holiday club programme last summer, this year brings a whole new programme of fun holiday mini-adventures for children. The perfect opportunity for parents to drop their children off for some healthy, outdoor holiday time exploring and enjoying the beautiful Bore Place organic farm estate. With our friendly and welcoming education team the children will have fun, make new friends and learn through doing.
Start off the summer holidays with a day of mini adventures in the great outdoors! Take on the bushcraft challenge – build a shelter, make a fire, find a water source, learn to identify edible plants, could you survive without all the trappings of modern life? There’ll be working in teams, exploring the Bore Place estate, and learning the skill of creating cordage from natural fibres. Children will go home with big smiles, smelling of wood smoke and full of tales of their day.
Enjoy your picnic lunch around the campfire in the Green Man Glade.
