Fun for little ones!
Most suited to children aged 3-6 years
Little ones can enjoy a fun morning of 'lovely' craft and baking. They'll make jammy love heart cookies (with our very own home grown and homemade Bore Place jam) and create a super-cute 'love bug' from recycled materials before heading outside to meet our herd of organic dairy cows.
There will be a demonstration from the tutor ahead of the cooking activity, and a recipe available for you to take home. Children will work in pairs and divide their goodies between them to take home.
Important info
- 9:30am arrival for refreshments to enable a prompt 10:00am start
- Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult (free of charge)
- Please wear suitable clothing and it is essential to bring wellies for farm tour (even if the weather is dry)
Biscuits and squash are provided at the beginning of the session, but please do bring snacks for mid-morning if your child is likely to need one. You are welcome to bring a picnic to eat in our picnic area after the session ends.
The session will be pitched at children aged 3-6 years, but older or younger children are welcome if parents/carers wish to book.
