Get up with the lark for a dawn chorus walk
Join Tom Forward, our Education Coordinator and bird expert for an early morning birdsong-filled wander through our beautiful fields and woodlands. March is a great time of year for beginners to get their ear in and learn the songs of our resident birds before other species fly in for their summer visit. This walk will tune you in to the sounds of your garden and local area and build your confidence in picking out different songs. Please bring binoculars if you have them.
After the walk, we’ll warm up with croissants and coffee (or tea if you'd prefer!)
Dress for the weather. Sturdy boots essential, such as wellies or walking boots.
Children must be accompanied by an adult.
Sorry no dogs.
Don't forget the clocks change to British Summer Time the night before!
