Frequently Asked Questions

Are there marked trails at Bore Place?

Yes, we have several marked trails around the estate and into the surrounding countryside. Along the walks we have interpretation boards as well as some play equipment. The short farm trails have a chalk surface that suits most pushchairs/buggies with a bigger wheel. Some of the walks give great views of Bough Beech Reservoir. You can find the trails here Boreplace - Walks at Bore Place

Can I bring my dog to Bore Place?

Yes! Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times as we have livestock and also many young and vulnerable people visiting us. There is a bin for dog waste in our recycling area behind the Large Barn.

Yes the farm and the market garden are both certified organic by the Soil Association and we also manage our Education and ornamental gardens and grounds organically too. For more information on how we farm click here.
