Would you like to spend more time outside, connecting with nature and likeminded people?
Come along to our Wilder Wellbeing sessions to spend a couple of hours of “me time”, immersing yourself in nature-based activities such as:
- forest bathing
- pond dipping
- bird watching
- flora spotting
- nature through art
The sessions are led and intended to be a moment of relaxation and connection in your week.
The sessions are on the 2nd and 4th Wednesday each month, and the group will meet 10am-12pm. Come as often as you'd like, there's no obligation to attend every session. Bring a friend, or meet new people here.
Attendance is FREE, but booking is essential as places are limited. If you are no longer able to attend, please let us know as soon as possible so your place can be released to someone else.
No commitment to attend every session - feel free to dip in and out - come to as many or as few sessions as you like.
