Make your own wild-flavoured alcohol or vinegar to take home, perfect to enjoy round a cosy fire or to give as a festive gift.
Explore the beautiful Bore Place estate with a professional forager, tasting and gathering seasonal wild plants and trees. We will use these fresh ingredients to make our own wild-flavoured alcohol or vinegar infusion to take home. Infuse vodka or add juniper to make a gin, or create a bespoke vinegar. There are an amazing array of flavours to be found in wild edibles which can make really unique infusions. Recipes and guidance will be provided, however you are free to follow your own palate to make a completely new infusion, unique to you!
