Residentials

Bring your pupils for an overnight stay at Bore Place

Bore Place is on a beautiful and inspiring site. We have an organic dairy farm and vegetable gardens, meadows, ponds, woodlands and tudor buildings.

Our school residential trips make full use of these spaces - they're ideal for a wide range of practical activities and for learning valuable life skills.

Combined with our ‘head, hands, heart’  approach to learning, we offer a unique residential experience. Pupils can examine their own place in the world by exploring connections with each other, the natural environment, and the wider world.

Activities

Stay for 1 or 2 nights and enjoy a range of KS2 activities. You can choose which activities you want to create the right learning experience for pupils. A wide range of activities is on offer, from brickmaking, paper making, seasonal cooking and growing, to farm tours and night walks. See full list in the downloadable programme below.

Accommodation and catering

We offer two accommodation options to suit your budget and group sizes. We provide home-cooked meals using produce from the farm and veg gardens, as well as other local, organic and ethically traded produce. We can cater for special dietary requirements with advance notice. Download the Residential School Trips leaflet below for full details.
