General information

Guests have exclusive use of the buildings - we don't mix groups within one building. All accommodation can be booked on single bedroom occupancy terms if this is required. There is a minimum group size of 12 if you book Bore Place House or if you book the Old Stable and Small Barn together.

Bedrooms are not ensuite but bathrooms are arranged so that only two to three rooms share and there are some rooms with their own bathroom alongside. Apart from practical restrictions due to the fact that these are old historic buildings, the bathroom arrangement is deliberate as we want people to feel they are coming together in a place which belongs to the group for their stay. This is reflected in the kitchen and dining rooms too which you are welcome to use at any time of the day or night.
