I would just like to write and thank you officially for the wonderful and delicious food you provided for us during the stay of London South Bank staff and students in January. You rose to the challenge of our specialised dietary needs (especially the one without onions) with great aplomb and ingenuity and produced some truly amazing dishes. Another big plus is the dining hall (across from the main house) where Sparky manages to do amazing things with organic food. He truly is an amazing cook and makes really wonderful dishes that are great in taste first and foremost yet sustainable and organic in origin. Would love to come again!

We had SUCH positive feedback about all of the food. One of my friends said that she'd never eaten pizza like it and the burgers also had some big fans (neither Matt or I had a burger in the end but that chicken - deeeeeelicious!)
