We offer a range of flexible catering packages or you are welcome to self-cater using our fully equipped kitchen facilities, available in all accommodation. For visitors choosing a catered stay, our chef will prepare meals taking the current season as a guide and using as much as possible from our own organic farm and gardens.
Sparky, our chef is very experienced at catering for a wide range of specific dietary requirements and is particularly passionate about simple, well-balanced but very tasty cooking! He works very closely with the food available on site and what is the best from other carefully sourced local producers and suppliers.
